1. Statement status

Accord.ia is evolving. This page describes objectives and a feedback channel, but does not claim full conformance with WCAG or EN 301 549 without an up-to-date formal audit and review of the features actually published.

Limitations may still exist. Audit results, conformance status, and exceptions must be updated here when verified.

2. Scope

This statement covers the public accordia.tech website. The web app, mobile app, and new transactional flows must be assessed separately and added to scope only after review.

3. Accessibility objectives

• semantic structure and a comprehensible reading order;
• keyboard-operable navigation and controls;
• visible focus, sufficient contrast, and resizable text;
• adaptable content without loss of information or avoidable horizontal scrolling;
• text alternatives for informative images and accessible names for controls;
• forms with understandable labels, instructions, and errors;
• reducible motion and alternatives for multimedia where needed.

4. Report an accessibility barrier

Send the report to support@accordia.tech with “Accessibility” as the subject. Include the page or feature, the barrier encountered, assistive technology, and browser or device used, while avoiding unnecessary personal data.

The report must be logged, assessed, and followed by an understandable response. No fixed response time is promised until an operational service level has been approved.

5. Assessment and improvement

Before a final statement is issued, automated and manual tests, keyboard navigation, assistive-technology checks, contrast and reflow checks, content review, and a record of remediation are required. Each material release must reopen the review.

6. Legal framework

Italian Legislative Decree 82/2022, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/882, applies accessibility requirements from 28 June 2025 to products and services within its scope, including certain e-commerce services. Concrete applicability, including any exemptions, depends on the operator and service and requires legal review.

The general requirements call for information that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust, available in ways compatible with assistive technologies. This page does not replace the assessment documentation required when a service falls within the legal scope.
