Who operates Accord.ia

Last updated: 20 July 2026. This page distinguishes the public early-access website from future contractual platform flows.

1. Public information for the early-access website

This page is published for the Accord.ia early-access website. The website does not currently enable checkout, subscriptions, or paid contracts.

Formal company details, including legal name, registered office, VAT number, REA registration, and certified email (PEC), will be added as soon as they are available and confirmed. For website information, contact support@accordia.tech; this is a support channel and is not presented as a PEC address or formal service address.

2. Scope of the public website

The public website presents Accord.ia, collects expressions of interest, and describes planned or progressively released features. Marketing content does not replace the pre-contractual information, quote, agreement, or terms shown in the relevant application flow.

Before a paid contract can be concluded, the flow must identify the provider, contractual counterparty, price, applicable terms, and consumer rights required by law.

3. Platform role

Accord.ia is designed to connect clients and professionals and provide account, request, matching, quote, communication, agreement, and support tools. Unless expressly stated in a specific flow, the platform operator is not automatically the professional who performs the service.

The identity of the contractual counterparty and allocation of responsibilities must be shown before any offer is accepted.

4. Contacts and formal communications

For support and website information, contact support@accordia.tech. Official legal contacts will be added together with confirmed company details; the support address is not presented as a PEC address or formal service address.

5. Intellectual property

The content, distinctive signs, visual elements, software, layout, and databases of the website and applications, excluding content supplied by users or third parties, belong to the operator of Accord.ia or the relevant licensors and are protected by applicable law.

7. Complaints, ADR, and the former ODR platform

Any applicable ADR body must be identified after checking the sector, contractual counterparty, and actual participation. The former European ODR platform was discontinued and Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 was repealed with effect from 20 July 2025, so it is not presented as an active channel.

8. Legal framework and review

This page takes into account, among other rules, Article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 70/2003 on general provider information. Completeness depends on the legal form, services actually enabled, and official registers; formal company details will be added as soon as they are available and confirmed.
