Athena stands for good counsel before action. In Accord.ia, Aria gathers context and helps you shape requests and drafts. You read, edit, and decide.

A request opens a conversation. A quote brings the work into focus. An order follows it through to delivery.

Tell us what is needed.

Choose a category and add the goal, location or online format, timing, and budget. Include useful materials. Prepare a draft before publishing; attachments must pass the required checks.

Compare proposals.

Professionals eligible to see the request can prepare a quote. The client finds the offers in their request and can clarify price, timing, and deliveries before choosing.

Shape the agreement.

Accept the quote after reading its terms. Complete the required confirmations and payment: the order status tells you when the step is complete.

Follow the work.

The order brings together execution details and links to available conversations, meetings, and materials. Completion opens the review journey; reporting and support remain available if something goes wrong.

Access and available actions depend on role, area, category, and service status. A draft or a payment still being verified is not a completed order.

Availability makes room for people. A booking keeps the meeting’s context and time zone together.

Share the booking page’s public link or QR code. Visitors choose an available time and complete the required checks, including email or payment where applicable.

Confirmation brings the meeting details together. Where allowed, the management journey supports rescheduling or cancellation; reminders and connected calendars follow the change.

Selecting a time does not confirm a booking by itself. Availability, external connections, and options depend on configuration and plan.

A file goes through more than an upload. Status, checks, and permissions accompany each step.

Add the context.

Attach materials to a request draft, quote, or job. The upload journey shows the formats and sizes it accepts.

Follow the transfer.

Check upload progress and status. If a transfer is interrupted, use the available resume options. A finished upload may still be under review.

Share what is ready.

After the required checks, authorized people find files and previews alongside the work. Aria can retrieve information from approved materials you are allowed to access.

Conversation attachments follow a separate path from work files. Background resuming also depends on the device and system conditions.

When processing is ready, dedicated screens show available transcripts, analysis, and reports. Return to decisions and next steps without rebuilding the conversation from memory.

Ending a call does not mean its report is ready. Availability, processing time, and access depend on call status, consent, and enabled features.
