Rules for using the public website
Last updated: 20 July 2026. These rules cover the information website and early-access forms, not an active marketplace or paid service.
1. Public information for the early-access website
This page is published for the Accord.ia early-access website. The website does not currently enable checkout, subscriptions, or paid contracts.
Formal company details, including legal name, registered office, VAT number, REA registration, and certified email (PEC), will be added as soon as they are available and confirmed. For website information, contact support@accordia.tech; this is a support channel and is not presented as a PEC address or formal service address.
2. Scope and informational nature
These rules govern browsing public pages, sending a contact request, and optionally joining the waiting list or newsletter. Content describes a product in development and may change before release.
Visiting the website or submitting a form does not create an order, subscription, professional relationship, or automatic right to an invitation. Prices, plans, and features are preliminary information, not a binding contractual offer.
3. Waiting list, newsletter, and contacts
The waiting list records expressions of interest. Invitations may be released in stages by area, category, and service availability. Joining does not guarantee access or an opening date.
The newsletter is optional and separate from the waiting list. Users can unsubscribe through the link in each email. Forms must contain accurate and relevant information and no unlawful or unnecessary third-party data.
4. Permitted use
Users must not undermine website security or availability, bypass controls, send spam or unlawful content, impersonate others, scrape data abusively, or use automated tools to scan or test the site without written permission.
We may limit abusive or automated requests and take proportionate measures for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
5. Website content and intellectual property
Trademarks, copy, graphics, photographs, videos, components, software, and website structure belong to their respective owners and are protected by law. Browsing does not transfer ownership rights.
Links to public pages may be shared. Reproduction, modification, resale, or commercial use requires permission except where allowed by law.
6. Submitted content and feedback
A person sending a message keeps their rights and grants only the permission needed to receive, read, and handle the request. Do not upload confidential information, sensitive data, or material you do not have the right to share.
General feedback may be used to improve the website without granting exclusive rights, but it will not be published or used as a testimonial without an appropriate basis and permission.
7. Described features and AI tools
Calendar, video calls, Call AI, matching, payments, and other features shown may be demos, previews, or features being released. Their description does not guarantee availability, final specifications, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Any AI tools will provide assistance and require user review. Before processing content, audio, or transcripts, the relevant information and choices required by law will be provided.
8. Third-party links and services
The website may link to external services. A link is not approval of every third-party statement or acceptance of responsibility for services outside Accord.ia's control. Users should read the third party's terms and notices.
9. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but content and access may be corrected, suspended, or changed for maintenance, security, law, or product development.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions that treat preliminary information as professional advice or a final offer. Nothing limits mandatory rights, liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Privacy and cookies
Website data handling is explained in the Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy. Non-essential choices must be free and withdrawable without blocking essential content.
11. Applicable law and consumers
The public website is operated within the Italian legal framework, without affecting mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. This clause does not select an exclusive court for business users; that can only be set in verified contractual terms.
We do not identify the EU ODR platform as an active channel because it has been discontinued. Applicable ADR routes will be communicated in the relevant contractual context.
12. Future services, changes, and contacts
Before the marketplace opens, the documentation will distinguish at least: user-platform terms, professional terms, the client-professional service agreement, payment rules, cancellation and withdrawal rights, complaints, moderation, and ranking.
We may update these rules when the website or law changes. The date above identifies the current version. Formal legal contacts will be published only with verified company details.
