Report specific content clearly
Last updated: 20 July 2026. A public procedure for reporting content hosted by the platform; on the early-access website the current channel is the support address.
1. Status and scope
This procedure concerns notices about specific content that a user considers illegal. On the public early-access website it is informational. It does not replace emergency channels, reports to authorities, or judicial remedies.
Current electronic channel: support@accordia.tech. Use “Content notice” as the subject. Where support@accordia.tech is used, it operates as a support channel rather than a PEC address or formal service address.
2. What a notice should contain
- a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why the content is considered illegal;
- the exact electronic location, such as a URL, identifier, or other information that allows the content to be located;
- the notifier’s name and email address, subject to the exceptions in the Digital Services Act for certain reports;
- a good-faith statement that the information supplied is accurate and complete;
- any useful supporting material, without including unnecessary personal data.
A generic notice may not make it possible to identify the content or assess the alleged illegality. Additional information may therefore be requested.
3. How it is handled
- receipt and acknowledgement where the notifier’s contact details are available;
- triage, classification, and review of the content or account;
- a decision to retain, remove, or restrict content or an account under applicable law and terms;
- notice of the decision and available remedies, where applicable;
- review or appeal through the channels provided for the service.
Notices must be processed in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary, and objective manner. Any use of automated tools in processing or deciding a notice must be disclosed where required.
4. Reasons for a decision
When a restriction is imposed, the notice should clearly describe the essential facts, legal or contractual basis, scope and duration of the measure, any use of automation, and applicable ways to challenge it. Confidential information or information whose disclosure is prohibited may be withheld to the extent permitted by law.
5. Abuse, safety, and privacy
Manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or abusive notices may be handled under applicable law and terms. Notice data is processed to assess the case, communicate the outcome, protect rights and safety, and meet legal obligations; processing details are described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Legal reference
The procedure follows the principles in Articles 16 and 17 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065. The obligations that actually apply depend on the legal classification of the service and features genuinely enabled; final legal review remains necessary.
